Shipping
What is the shipping policy? Plus

We process and ship Monday through Friday. Free Shipping on all orders within the United States that are over $100.

International Shipping is calculated during checkout and we process them during Monday - Friday.

What are the express shipping options? Plus

2nd Day Air UPS shipping is calculated during checkout and does not include the 2 business days for processing.

How long does shipping take? Plus

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Occasionally, our processing time will be longer due to inventory, weather, and high-volume events.

We ship to all US states and offer free shipping through UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail. Upgraded shipping options will be quoted at checkout.

Please note that upgraded shipping times quoted at checkout do not include time to processing time. Please contact us if you need your order by a certain date.

Can I edit my shipping address after placing an order or exchange? Plus

Yes! It is possible! Please email hello@shopthuli.com to edit your address. We are only able to edit your address if your order has not yet shipped.

How do pre-orders work? Plus

Items marked pre-order will ship once available. The estimated ship date will be noted on the product page. Payment is taken when the order is placed and the order will ship at a future date. You will receive an email notification once pre-order items have shipped. Occasionally pre-ordered items take longer to ship than anticipated. We are able to cancel your pre-order and issue a refund if you prefer not to wait.

Where is my package? Plus

For the most up to date information about your package's location, please check the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Once your order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, we have no control over the package.

We find that lost packages usually turn up within 48 hours, so we ask that you wait until then before taking action. If your package has still not been found, we can file a claim for you with the shipping carrier.

Do you ship internationally? Plus

We do! We ship to several international destinations, including Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, China, India, and Australia. International orders ship via DHL Express, UPS, or USPS. If we ship to your country, available shipping rates will be quoted at checkout. If not, email hello@shopthuli.com to see if we are able to ship to your country.

All international orders are final sale.

Typical shipping time for international orders is 5-14 days and will depend on the final destination and the shipping service you selected at checkout. The shipping fee quoted at checkout does not include any duties or taxes charged by the destination country. All import duties and taxes are paid by the customer.

THULI does not collect duties, taxes, or VAT for international orders. These fees will be charged separately by the destination country. THULI does not get involved with duties, taxes, or VAT outside of the United States in any way, including in cases of shipping issues or returns. We recommend researching these fees for your country before placing an order as they can be expensive.

For international orders that ship via trackable USPS, THULI is not liable for the package once it has left USPS's possession and has changed into the hands of the post in the receiver's country.

If products are returned to us by the shipping carrier because of trouble delivering to the address given on your order, we will issue you a refund for the products. We reserve the right to retain any costs incurred in arranging for the delivery and return of the product. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All risk in the order, including risk of lost, stolen, or damaged products, shall pass to the customer. THULI shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

What happens if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged? Plus

Please email hello@shopthuli.com so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

THULI is not responsible for missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We are unable to offer refunds or credits for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. We strongly encourage shipping to a secure location to avoid potential issues. THULI cannot reimburse or reship orders that were misdelivered or stolen from a property.

  • Purchase by December 19 and choose UPS 2-day shipping
  • Purchase by December 20 and choose UPS overnight/next day shipping
RETURNS
What is the return policy? Plus

We accept returns on all orders (unless marked with final sale) within 21 days from the date of fulfillment (when your order shipped). After this time, we will offer store credit for returns on full-price orders* up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 21 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition (without deodorant marks, make-up residue, heavy perfume, or pet hair) in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund or credit. Products returned that are not in exact condition as shipped will be returned to the sender. Shipping/restocking charges for returns are $10 and are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.

The return period is extended for items purchased from November 10 - December 24. Items purchased during this period can be returned or exchanged through January 15 of the next calendar year.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, and have the original tags still intact.

Permanent markdowns (items from our Sale page or Final Sale) can only be returned for store credit or an exchange.

Items purchased at pop-ups, events, and sample sales are not eligible for a refund or exchange and are final sales.

Gift cards are not eligible for a return or exchange..

Do you charge any fees for returns or exchanges? Plus

When returning an item, a $10 reduced shipping/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges for orders in the US are free.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The cost of shipping, including upgraded shipping, is not eligible for a refund.

How do I start a return or exchange? Plus

To start a return, please visit our Returns Center and enter your order number and shipping address zip code.

To initiate an exchange, follow the steps above and select your new item for exchange.

Do I need to return the product in its original packaging? Plus

If possible, please ship your return back to us in its original packaging. We will accept returns in other packaging as long as the product is protected from damages during transit.

Where can I find my shipping label? Plus

Once you initiate a return through our Returns Center, you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to pack and ship your return. A packing slip and a return shipping label will also be sent to your email address.

I received the wrong product. Plus

Our apologies! If you received a different product than what you ordered, please visit our Returns Center, select “Received Wrong Item” under “Reason for Return,” and proceed through the exchange process. We will ship the correct item to you right away.

When will my exchange ship? Plus

We will ship your exchange as soon as your return package arrives at our warehouse. Please note that exchange items are not taken out of our inventory until the return has been scanned by the shipping carrier. If your exchange item goes out of stock before then, you will be refunded for the item instead.

How long will it take to receive my refund? Plus

Returns are processed within 2 business days after reaching our warehouse. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
